SECURITY TRAINEESHIP FOR HAZARDOUS ZONES OPERATORS
The term "hazardous zones" does not only means war areas, but in general every zone where the personal security of operators cannot be ensured. Nevertheless the risks that an operator can meet are of various kinds, that's why multifarious must be the attitudes to keep, all of them dictated by the necessary use of the common sense, which has to become a real forma mentis, to apply the general rules to the contingent circumstances.
The traineeship is turned to volunteers operating in hazardous zones, not supported by structures of big dimensions. The volunteers are often called to commit themselves in several spheres, usually divided in a complex structure. They have to be ready to solve concretes problems, that vary from logistics to organisation to operational phases. All of this requires flexible mind and a specific training.
The concept of "security formation" means much more than the banal idea of "survival". Theoretical lessons will be alternate with operational training, remembering that the safety in hazardous zones is guaranteed much more by the preventive activity than the theories of a "survival manual".
Various are the abilities to acquire, that's why it is not possible to establish precise behaviour rules. It is therefore more appropriated to talk about modus operandi; the personal experience is actually fundamental to face dangerous situations. The meaning of the traineeship is to furnish the headlines on which the candidate can forge his personal experience. There are, anyway, some general rules, common to every situations and recurrent to every contingency.
Beside the general rules the traineeship will deeply enter the specific technical problems, to furnish the necessary instruments to reach a correct mission planning, through the acquisition of precise theoretical and practical schemes.
